What is this about?

Mastering stress management and prioritizing self-care are essential skills for every leader. Unfortunately, due to our complex relationship with stress and burnout, these skills often go undiscussed and undeveloped, leaving everyone to find their own path in isolation.

As a seasoned product leader, I can attest to this struggle.

Based on my personal journey with burnout and insights gained from interviewing over 50 peers on stress management and self-care, I've concluded that a 'bulletproof soul' is crucial for excelling in leadership roles.

Having a bulletproof soul is about being ambitious, effectively managing stress along the way, and taking great care of yourself.
